KLEY X WeForest

The BOOST Endowment Fund is supporting the restoration of an Argentine forest in partnership with the NGO WeForest. The project has a dual purpose because it also raises awareness among KLEY students through educational activities within their residences.

Project funded by the BOOST Endowment Fund

Supported by the BOOST Endowment Fund, this WeForest project in Misiones, Argentina, aims to restore the Atlantic forest to protect the natural habitat of the jaguar, an important threatened species.
The project has 5 objectives: restore 2 hectares of eroded land; protect and promote the growth of approximately 4,000 trees; store approximately 392 tonnes of CO₂; assist 24 families; and create a territory for jaguars to give them freedom to move.
